At Columbia Nursing, we believe in the power and potential of nurses to advance health in communities. Your support enables our graduates to advocate for health access, challenge inequities and defend social justice. From our Global Fellowship celebrating its 10th anniversary to our preeminent research centers, we help provide solutions to healthcare’s most urgent questions. Your commitment enables our future nurses to meet the complexities of our time, while championing the compassion and care that all patients need. Graduating Nurse Leaders
Nearly 90 percent of our students receive financial aid. Your generosity expands education opportunity, reduces obstacles to enrollment, and makes a Columbia Nursing education accessible for exceptional students. One hundred percent of your gift underwrites tuition.

Advance health equity with your gift to the Annual Fund-Dean’s Discretionary Fund.
Provide Dean Lorraine Frazier with the flexibility to address students' most pressing needs and offer financial relief when it is needed the most. Your gift also helps support the Pathways to Leadership and Advancement in Nursing (PLAN) program that provides students with the resources to excel. PLAN includes tuition relief, academic support, and career coaching with the goal of strengthening the pool of graduate-prepared nurses focused on social justice and health equity in underrepresented communities.

Creating Global Citizens
Our Global Fellowship is celebrating its 10th anniversary of providing over 300 nursing students with a transformational experience. Each year, 40-50 Global Fellows are selected through a competitive process and participate in a six-week clinical practicum that immerses them in a different healthcare system.
Help students take advantage of this opportunity by supporting their airfare and associated travel costs. Your contribution will enable them to gain an understanding of how other countries practice nursing and develop sound models of care. The experience will forever inform their practice.
